General FAQs
Do I need to send you my medal?
No, the great news is you don't need to send your medal.
All we need you to do is let us know what race the medal is from and ideally the width of the lanyard at checkout.
Don't worry if you don't know at the time, we will email you to check after you purchase.
Our frames are designed to easily fit your medal yourself, hassle-free.
Watch the video to see how.
Is it really that easy for me to frame myself?
Definitely!
Our framing process is designed to be simple and stress-free. Our frames are tailored to your medal, making self-framing a breeze.
And if you ever need assistance, we're just a message away.
Why do you ask for the name of the race at checkout?
Because each Frame is customised to your medals lanyard width, we ask for you to write down the name of the race at checkout.
This helps us know what size hole to cut out of the backing card.
If we haven't got record of the size, we will email you after you place the order, and ask you to supply the measurement to us.
What size Frame should i order?
Medals awarded these days are usually big and beautiful, so the standard sized frame will usually suit.
But, if you are framing an older medal, or one of your kids medals, you should find the Mini better suited.
Feel free to contact us first if you need help deciding.
What size frames do you offer?
Our Standard frame is 22cm x 22cm, with an opening size of 15cm x 15cm.
Our Mini Frame is 15cm x 15cm with an opening size of 10cm x 10 cm.
Is there a maximum or minimum size medal for the frames?
Showcase Frame
Being the bigger frame - you have a lot more space for a variety of shapes and sizes of medal.
That said we would recommend the minimum size of the medal be 60mm wide and maximum size be 110mm wide.
Showcase Frame - Mini
This frame is a lot smaller, so will only fit medals a certain size. We recommend the minimum size of the medal be 30mm wide and maximum size be 60mm wide.
Note: If you chose to use the Mini Frame to frame a 50-60mm medal, you will not see much of the material.
Are there any medals that cant be framed?
Nearly all medals can be framed, but certain designs wont.
Because our frames are square, long medals (like the Conqueror Virtual runs) will not fit.
The maximum length from the bottom of the medal, to the hole the material goes into is 115mm.
If you are unsure your medal will fit, please contact us and we will let you know.
I purchased an iTab when i registered for my race. Can i still use this?
Yes! The great news is they can be stuck under the medal on the white border so you can still see your finish time!
Can I return my purchase if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, if you are not happy with our products, you can return them within 15 days for a full refund. Please click Refund Policy, or find it below, for more info.
